Typing Medical Application for Residency

At Sahara Visa Medical Centre we can assist you in typing and processing your applications. The following documents are required:

Visa Medical Examination

The standard medical screening involves screening for communicable diseases such as hepatitis, HIV, syphilis, and tuberculosis to safeguard the health of the community. It includes:

A physical assessment by a doctor
A simple blood test
A chest x-ray

Typing Emirates ID Application

Emirates ID is the UAE Government-issued identity card for the UAE’s citizens and residents. It is mandatory for all UAE citizens and residents to apply for an Emirates ID.

We are an accredited government approved Emirates ID center for a quick and expert typing services for Emirates ID Application Forms (New/Renewal/Replacement) and scheduling appointment for biometrics. The following documents are required:

Passport Scanned Copy (valid minimum 3 months)

Typing Visa Application for all the Emirates

Vaccination

In order to be able to obtain a work/residence permit, expatriates need to be free of all forms of communicable diseases such as HIV and TB.

It is mandatory for certain categories of workers to receive three doses of hepatitis B vaccine.At Sahara Visa Medical Center we complete the three-vaccine dose and validate the certificate.

Medical Fitness For Embassy

Change Status

Occupational Health Certificate (OHC)

An Occupational Health Certificate (OHC) is a critical piece of paper that proves a person is physically and mentally able to do specific job-related tasks. The card or certificate is given out after a medical exam by a licensed doctor or health facility, usually in line with rules set by local labour and health officials. This certification is essential in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in jobs where worker health directly impacts public safety and workplace standards, like building, manufacturing, hospitality, food handling, and healthcare.

The OHC’s job is to ensure that workers are medically able to do their jobs without putting their own or other people’s health at risk. Depending on the type of job, occupational health check ups may include eye exams, blood tests, chest X-rays, hearing tests, drug tests, and fitness tests.

Eligibility Criteria For Golden Visa

Real Estate Investor

Terms & Conditions for issuing a visa include the following:
1. letter from the Real Estate Registration Department in the relevant emirate stating that he owns one or more properties whose value is not less than 2 million dirhams, stating that the property is not subject to a loan
2. Proof of housing in the country (home ownership or house rental contract).
Entrepreneurs

Terms & Conditions for issuing a visa include the following:
1. Having the approval Letter from an auditor in the UAE stating that the project value is not less than 500,000 dirhams (project owner).
2. Having the approval Letter from the authorities in the emirate stating that the project is of a technical or future nature in which leadership is achieved (project owner)
3. Having the approval Letter from an accredited business incubator in the UAE to establish the proposed activity in the country (founder of a project)
4. Having a valid Passport copy
5. Presenting Valid Health Card insurance is not less than one year and can be extended.
6. Proof of housing in the country (home ownership / house rental contract).
Talented People (Doctors and Scientists)

1. Having the approval Letter from the Ministry of Health in the country to practice the profession of medicine (doctors).
2. Having a letter of recommendation from the Emirates Council of Scientists or a letter from the Secretariat of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Academic Excellence stating that he is a recipient of the Academic Excellence Medal (Scholars).

5. Having an approved letter from the Department of Culture and Arts in the relevant emirate. (People of culture and art)
6. Bring a recommendation letter from the Ministry of Economy (for inventors)

Executive Directors

1. Holding a certified degree from the university
2. Minimum 5 years of experience.
3. Salary not less than AED 50,000

1. The GPA is not less than (3.8).
Pioneers of humanitarian works

The following requirements must be met to grant golden residence permits:
• A candidate should be a pioneer or worker in humanitarian work within one of the following categories:
1. Members who have worked in international and regional organizations, or outstanding employees, for a minimum of five years.
2. Members of civil associations and institutions of public interest, or outstanding employees, for a minimum of five years.
3. Individuals who have received an appreciation award from a local, regional, or international organization that focuses on humanitarian work.
4. Awarded to outstanding humanitarian volunteers with at least five years of service or at least 500 hours of volunteer service.
5. Funders of humanitarian work provide the value of the support does not fall below two million UAE dirhams or its equivalent.
6. All other categories of humanitarian work are agreed upon between the authority and the Ministry.
7. A minister can also nominate pioneers of humanitarian work.
